and meets every other Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Do you struggle to communicate clearly and respectfully in difficult conversations with your spouse?  Do you need to learn the skills to have better and clearer discussions in your marriage?  You are invited to register to join this workshop with Jamaine and Lena Leverett of LevLove Ministries on Saturday, October 19, from 2:30-5:30 PM.  The cost is $10 / person.  Sign up with Bruce or Laurel Smith or contact the church office.  This is an excellent workshop, and you will walk away with tools to strengthen your marriage and draw closer to God together with your spouse.

GriefShare Support Group

Anyone who has experienced the death of a family member or friend is invited to attend  a GriefShare support group.  Our current series has ended, but another one is being planned--please contact the church office if you are interested.   For more information about the GriefShare ministry and resources, please visit griefshare.org.

Mennonite Disaster Service

Mennonite Disaster Service invites you to an evening of inspiration and opportunity “Who is My Neighbor When Disaster Strikes?” Monday, September 23, 7pm at the Kingsburg Warehouse, 2088 Avenue B in Kingsburg. Hear stories of MDS impact from special guests from around the MDS world, and learn about opportunities to help bring hope to disaster survivors. Plus, be among the first to see our recently-completed Kingsburg Warehouse. For more information contact Jim Holm, 559-970-3813.

Our September edition of On the Level is now available. In this edition, Executive Director Kevin King shares the power of prayer, learn how volunteers are keeping our fleet rolling, and volunteers look back on a year of MDS service.   Click on this link to read more: https://conta.cc/3ZtD4Pd
