"They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony;" - Revelation 12:11
In the Bible, we read many stories of people who have experienced God's faithfulness and power in miraculous ways. These stories are not just historical accounts, but powerful testimonies of God's work in the lives of His people. A testimony is simply a story of what God has done in our lives, and it has the power to impact and encourage others.
Our testimony is not just about the good things in our lives. It includes the struggles and challenges we have faced and how God has brought us through them. When we share our testimony, we are sharing a real and authentic picture of our lives, which can help others find hope and healing in their own struggles. Our testimony is not about us; it's about God and what He has done in our lives.
As we live out the twelve steps and eight principals, we are called to share our testimony with others. We are called to be witnesses of God's love and faithfulness, and our testimony is a powerful tool to help us do that. When we share our story of how God has worked in our lives, we are sharing our experience, strength and hope with others. Our testimony can bring light to dark places and can change the course of someone's life. Let us not be afraid to share our testimony. God has given us a unique story to tell, and we have the opportunity to use it for His glory.

Opioid Awareness/Narcan Training and Distribution
Opioid deaths are at an all time high here in the Central Valley, as well as all across our country.
Naloxone (Narcan) is a medicine that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose. It is an opioid antagonist. This means that it attaches to opioid receptors and reverses and blocks the effects of other opioids. Naloxone can quickly restore normal breathing to a person if their breathing has slowed or stopped because of an opioid overdose. But, naloxone has no effect on someone who does not have opioids in their system, and it is not a treatment for opioid use disorder. Examples of opioids include heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone (OxyContin®), hydrocodone (Vicodin®), codeine, and morphine.
After the training BCJC will be on hand to distribute Narcan to everyone that attends.

Philippians 1:6 NLT
Hello I am a grateful believer in Jesus Christ and I struggle with with pride and control issues. My name is Marcia.
My story starts in January of 2022, that’s when I volunteered for the leadership team for Celebrate Recovery.
The previous months Pastor Mark preached on the Road to Recovery series. Hearing the beatitudes and the testimonies from other men and women who’s lives had been changed thru the Celebrate Recovery program was incredible. I was excited! However, when it became time to become involved, I told God "No"! many times! See I thought I could argue with God. It didn’t work out to well though. l was finally obedient to His call and joined the team. God is working in my heart and on my character defects. I am thankful for the ministry of Celebrate Recovery and that l can be part of the work that God is doing.
